1.
Three
servo motors respectively control the front conveying, rear conveying and
sealing knife, making the machine cooperation more precise and tight. The
self-developed servo motor is completely designed in accordance with the
structure and application of the machine. It is very durable and the whole
machine runs almost silently.

The
heating source adopts stainless steel heating tube, which has a long service
life.
3.
It
adopts an anti-stick and high-temperature sealing knife, which is formed in one
piece to make the sealing stronger and more beautiful. The outside of the knife
is coated with Teflon non-stick film.
4.
The
temperature control of the sealing knife adopts Japanese "OMRON"
digital display temperature controller and imported heat-sensitive sensor
control, and the temperature is adjustable from 0-300`C.

The
sealing knife protection adopts German "SICK". Effectively prevent
mis-sealing of packaging objects

Sealing
and cutting size, electric adjustment of horizontal sealing knife height

The
drive system uses a servo motor. Through our independently developed servo
motor, it is more suitable for our machine, runs more smoothly, and ensures
that the sealing is stronger and more stable.

edge sealing system uses "Taiwan AirTAC" cylinder to ensure firm and
accurate sealing.

Zhongda
motor ensures high-speed and stable conveying, stable film feeding, and
accurate and uniform recycling of waste materials.
10. The detection adopts American
"Banner" photoelectric sensor to accurately and sensitively detect
product transportation and stop.
11. The recycling sensor switch adopts German
"SICK" to accurately control the recycling time of waste materials.
12. The film feeding sensor switch adopts
"FOOSN" to accurately control the film feeding length.
13. Multiple hole punches to quickly expel the air
inside the bag when shrinking
14. Mechanical components are made of carbon steel
and painted, and key parts are made of stainless steel plates and aluminum
profiles to ensure a solid structure.
15. The surface treatment adopts anti-corrosion structural materials and is sprayed with plastic or nickel plating.
